The Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 establishes the arrangements for the First-tier Tribunal to hear appeals against determinations by Social Security Scotland on behalf of Scottish Ministers.

The Chamber must follow the rules in The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber (Procedure) Regulations 2018 and The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber (Rules of Procedure) Amendment Regulations 2018.
